Bri and Levi's Rocky Mountain National Park Wedding
Bri and Levi's wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park was stunning. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Well, I guess we could have asked for less wind, but that would have been just greedy.
I met up with them getting ready in the Triple R Cottages with family and friends. Bri's dad had made an awesome bouquet for her while it was touching to see Bri's mom so happy for her when she revealed her dress.
Meeting up with Levi while he got ready was fun. His buddies Rawley and Gabe helped the groom get all set for his bride including some sock assistance. One of the bride and groom's friends had made them socks to wear for the occasion as you'll see below.
We setup for the first-look on the banks of the Big Thompson River. The wind picked up a bit and blew through the grasses as Levi first saw Bri. As we moved closer to the ceremony site, we were fortunate enough to catch a small herd of Elk grazing.
Rawley did a wonderful job as the officiant and everyone witnessing the ceremony were brought to tears by Levi and Bri's vows. After the ceremony, we spent some time shooting around Morraine Park with the Rocky Mountain backdrop. As the sun descended behind Gabletop, Knobtop and Mount Wuh, the lighting was spectacular and wow, these two are lovely together. As our last portrait stop before the reception, we decided to head into a small grove of aspens. Although I was pleased with many of the shots throughout the day, these may be my favorites.
We drove down to Farmer Girl in Lyons for the reception and dinner. Toasts by their friends and family were heartfelt and beautiful. Thanks again to Bri and Levi along with their family and friends for welcoming me to capture such a beautiful day.
